Alfonso Salemi is in the business of helping people who are struggling to get on the property ladder. With his business partner Adam Wissink, their company, JAAG Properties, specializes in rent-to-own programs that have allowed 100 families to move into a house they can call their own. Alfonso also serves on the board of CAROP the rent to own professionals association in Canada.
After seeing and learning about the opportunities in real estate investing Alfonso started his first Rent-To-Own in 2014 and incorporated JAAG Properties the same year. Alfonso has been an essential partner in expanding JAAG Properties through many conferences and meet-up groups and their highly popular professional partners program.
A graduate of Mohawk’s Marketing program, Alfonso’s sales experience and public speaking skills have become an asset for JAAG Properties and also for his other real estate investing involvement as Co-Founder of The REITE Club and on the board of CAROP where he also conducts video interviews of its members.
