She decided this was not how her story was going to end. So, she ditched the excuses, surrounded herself with the right people, filled her body with the best nutrition, and finally got her life together in every way imagined.
Now a passionate Fitness Coach & Instructor, Global Networker, Online Business Owner and Motivational Influencer, Wendy is a former HR professional, spending 17 years on the corporate side, and five years ago overcame her own personal struggles physically and mentally. She spends her time helping people across the globe transform their lives physically and financially, to live a life of unbridled awesomeness.
