Luc Boiron grew up in a real estate family so naturally, he developed an interest in real estate at an early age. He purchased his first rental property at the age of 18 while completing his undergraduate studies.
After becoming a licensed lawyer, Luc made the bold decision to change his career path and pursue real estate investing full-time. In just a year and a half, Luc had flipped 15 properties and developed a thriving business.
Since then he has purchased over 25 properties for a mix of flips, cottage rentals and long-term rentals. His primary focus is flipping contracts or wholesaling and he is currently buying 2-3 houses per week with a goal to hit 100 properties in the next year.
He has a strong track record of working with sellers and helping them reach their goals, with a belief that honesty and integrity are the foundation of a good business and this shows in his dealings with homeowners.
Luc is also the founder of a monthly Real Estate Investor Meet-up in Toronto and has been featured on several Canadian Real Estate podcasts.
