Mark Smith has been a real estate entrepreneur since 2018 primarily in the London, Ontario market. He has acquired $2 Million worth of real estate including single-family homes, secondary suite conversions, student rentals, Airbnb re-rentals and joint venture partnerships.
Known as the 7-2 Real Estate investor, Mark discusses how he got started in real estate investing at the age of 42 years old. He was willing to listen, willing to ‘shut-up’ and willing to take action and his story will certainly be an inspiration to new real estate investors and experienced investors alike. Sometimes we need a reminder of what is possible when you hustle.
