Katherine is such an inspiration! Not only is she The REITE Club’s Operations Manager, she’s also a very strong woman who shared her very personal story. Extremely difficult life experiences led her to more easily accept creative financing and partnerships. Learning constantly and growing are some of her keys to success.
At 63 years young, she now knows what to look for in contracts, dealing with mortgage brokers, building a power team. Katherine is now doing Joint Ventures for success, working with private lenders… She feels she’s just getting started in life and putting life experience at work.
