Sarah Eder

Alfonso: Tonight the REITE club's success story with Sarah Eder. A professional investor, CEO of Sarah Eder Investments. Sarah coaches, and veterans now on how to successfully market themselves online, raise capital and grow a portfolio. Sarah is now, but it was a few short years ago. I think you're wandering around the networking event and we sat down and I think we were both late, we've got like the last two seats and it was in Kitchener.

James Burchill

Sarah: Next up is James Burchill, co-founder and CTO of Chatbot Forge Inc. He's authored multiple bestselling businesses and marketing books created dozens of bestselling courses teaching over 31,000 students globally. As a recovering member of Mensa and also ran their technology segment for many years, he wrote the book literally on becoming a course, passive publishing profits. And I'm really excited to have James on today. He's going to teach us about passive income and how to create multiple streams of income. Welcome James, how are you?

Gary Hibbert

Sarah: Gary Hibbert is a real estate realtor, ninja of Smart Home Choice. I mean he and I have been cottage neighbors for a little while. He purchased his first investment property in 2008, six years later left the corporate world to become a full-time real estate investor. He's an agent, he has various realtor awards. He's an educator, a coach, a mentor. He's got a group as well that educates on real estate investing. But one of the reasons I wanted to, or we wanted to bring Gary in is very early on.

Robby Clark

Sarah: I'm going to be bringing in Robby Clark. Robbie is a serial entrepreneur RWC Management, property management business. He is also the founder of E-Fresh. If you guys know about that meal delivery service E-Fresh Meals. Reno GC company responsible for managing 30 plus sites with 50 to a hundred plus contractors at any time. Robby's been able to scale to 300 deals and has recently also bought a golf course. Robbie, welcome.

Robby: Thank you for having me.

Luc Boiron

Luc: Wholesaling updates for one, wholesaling is becoming much more competitive. A lot more people are jumping into space and trying to give it a go. Some people are succeeding, some aren't, but you will see a lot more marketing for off-market properties. And that hopefully means a lot more opportunities for investors to get deals. I hope a lot more wholesalers are sending a deal soon.
