She's been in real estate for over 20 years. Her family business has been built over 40 years that she's been in and around with us. She's a realtor, she's an investor herself. She's a mother of two children. Wife of a chef, which, that's amazing.

Natasha Phipps: Most people investing here in Calgary right now are having a long-term buy and hold strategy in mind, which is what you want. We are not in a market right now.
