Daniel: Then you are a real estate investor. You have a portfolio, but mostly the reason why we're talking to you tonight is because you are also a very successful realtor, eight years now in the Halifax market.

Francois & Jennifer Lanthier

Daniel: Our next guests who are also playing the role of host this evening, co-host Francois and Jennifer Lanthier. Francois and Jennifer Lanthier are both active in the corporate world and they're juggling a very busy family. You got three kids, right?

Francois: Two, we have a cat but.

Daniel: They're very active, and they keep you busy. It hasn't been very long that you guys have been involved in real estate. What is it? More than a year, less than a year? How long has it been?

Brady McDonald

Daniel: Good evening everybody. What a cute little couple there in that picture, Brady and Kristy McDonald. I met Christy for the first time at the networking event, it was seven years ago 2014. And they were just starting. And they did pretty well, I guess because after only two and a half years, Mr. Brady, who looks like he's wearing glasses, but that's not really what it is. It's spending all the time in the sun wearing glasses.

Jessica-Ann Boiron

Sarah: The next step is Jessica-Ann Boiron, a good friend of mine, Jessica and Luke. Jessica has completed $50 million plus in real estate deals by the age of 30 while working full-time as a lawyer in the energy sector. Since then, she's become known as the Airbnb Queen specializing in luxury cottage rentals.High-end, long-term rental properties as well.
